Craig Ballantyne is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who has used his education, expertise, and experience to develop Turbulence Training.

Ballantyne received his Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from McMaster University in Canada. McMaster University has been touted as one of the most innovative universities in Canada because of its problem-based learning approach that is now being used in higher education in both Canada and the United States. As a product of one of the most innovative colleges in North America, Ballantyne was able to use his scientific research and analysis skills to develop a program that would help him stay in shape and keep his athletic body in top condition despite the long hours he spent studying and in the lab.
